Coffee Everyday

Today I'm sharing my second entry to the Spring/Summer Blog Hop over at the Coffee Lover's Blog.

 

For this card I used this new stamp from The Stamps of Life called moretorties2stamp. 

 

I mounted him on the Mug Fold-it.  An A2 size mug shaped card. Then added the Coffee word and sentiment.

 

I thought it was so funny that the turtle looked like he was dancing the YMCA song.  And I don't know about you but coffee is needed everyday ending in "Y".  LOL

Spring/Summer 2020 Coffee Lover's Blog Hop

It's that time again over at the Coffee Lover's Blog!  

They have amazing sponsors and a ton of inspiration.   I'm a bit late to the party, but being busy will not keep me from posting at least one or two cards.   Here is my very first link:

This pretty much depicts me in the morning before my coffee.  ha ha ha.   I've had this paper pack forever and it's perfect for coffee or tea themed cards.  It's actually "Tea Garden Party" by DCWV and to my surprise it is still available on Amazon. 

The products used for the body of the card are from The Stamps of Life.  An amazing company that I have the privilege to design for.

The Stamps of Life New Flower Flip-it

Today The Stamps of Life released their new Flower Flip-it die.   I love Flip-it dies and I love how Stephanie Barnard includes a lot of extras with her die sets.  Below I created two cards using this die.

What I love about Flip-its are the WOW factor and they come together quickly.

Here is the front of the card and all those cute flower dies are included.  Ten in total!

Here is what you see when you "flip" the card open. The stamp and die set I used for this card is Stephiedoll3.

Stephie was colored in Copic Markers accented with Prima Colored Pencils. The butterflies, little flowers in her hair and in the grass, the grass, and the sweet sentiment are included in Stephiedoll3. 

I think this came out so sweet and I will be entering this card in the Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge: Something Feminine.  You can't more girly than this. :)

For my second card I made a sweet friendship card that can also be used as a birthday card:

Super easy!  Other products used were the "hello" word die and shadow from Notebook Edge and Hello Dies and the "Sweetheart" word die.   I trimmed the "heart" off leaving just the "Sweet."  The outer flowers were cut in wool felt.   The "Friend" sentiment is from Stephiedoll3.  I accented with chipboard hearts and enamel dots.

Pinatas2stamp Tacos2stamp and sayings4tacos The Stamps of Life March 2020 Release

It's the beginning of the month and that means another brand new club release at The Stamps of Life.

This month's club set is called Pinatas2stamp.

Colored with The Stamps of Life markers and a water-brush on Bristol Smooth paper. 

The set comes with dies as well and those will be available on the 20th of month for those that are not in the die hard club.

Here is another project using the club set

I used the Pocket Slider Card  and turned it into a gift card holder.  The recipient  pulls the slider up to reveal a message and their surprise.  I used the gift card holder found in the Lattice Gift Card Holder.

Along with this set two other sets were released to compliment the club set.  Tacos2stamp and sayings4tacos.

Using the hat and mustache from Tacos2stamp I gave the Kenny Doll a new look.

Other products used on this card:  goodies4toast (avocado) and Photo Frame Die.
